Refund & Replacement Policy
Returns are not accepted for trombone grips.
Due to the low cost of manufacturing and the disproportionate cost of return shipping, physical returns are not feasible.
Replacement Policy
We will provide a replacement grip in the following circumstances:

The product arrives with a manufacturing defect

The product breaks during normal use
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in cases where the grip does not fit the customer’s instrument.
Our grips have been tested only on the specific instruments listed in the product description. Compatibility with instruments not listed cannot be guaranteed.
Refund requests for fit-related issues must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
